Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information Arcagen collects, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. The short version: our website can identify visitors so we can follow up about our services, you can turn that off at any time, and we never share mobile numbers or text-message consent for anyone else's marketing.
Who we are
Arcagen ("Arcagen," "we," "us") is an operations consulting company based in Phoenix, Arizona. We build and run business systems for small businesses, and we offer the GOAT AI Pixel, a website visitor identification product. This policy covers arcagen.ai, our sales and support conversations, and our client systems. When we process data on behalf of a client inside systems we run for them, that client's own privacy policy governs it.
Information we collect
Information you give us
- Contact details when you book a call, email us, or talk to our team: name, business name, email address, phone number.
- Information you share while working with us, such as details about your business operations.
- Billing information for paid services, handled by our payment and platform partners.
Information collected automatically
- Device and browser information, IP address, pages visited, time spent on pages, and the site that referred you.
- Information from the visitor identification tool described below, if it runs for your visit.
Information from other sources
- Identity data from our visitor identification partners (BundlePixels, RetargetIQ, and LiveIntent), which may match your visit to your name, email address, and other contact details.
- Publicly available business information, such as a company's listing, website, and published phone number, which we use to find businesses that may benefit from our services.
Website visitor identification
arcagen.ai uses the GOAT AI Pixel, provided through our partners BundlePixels and RetargetIQ, which uses identity data from LiveIntent. When it runs, it can match your browser, device, and IP address against third-party data to identify who you are, including your name and email address, along with the pages you viewed and how long you stayed. We use this to follow up with people who showed interest in our services.
Your choices. Visitors in the United States see a notice and can choose "Don't identify me." Visitors elsewhere are asked first, and the tool does not run unless they accept. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, the tool does not run. You can change your choice at any time from Cookie settings, or email us to be removed from any follow-up.
How we use information
- To provide, run, and support our services.
- To respond to you and follow up about services you may be interested in, by email, phone, or text message.
- To understand how people use our website and improve it.
- To send invoices and service notices.
- To protect our services, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations.
How we share information
We share personal information only with:
- Service providers that run parts of our business for us, including website hosting, database hosting, email, scheduling, phone and text messaging, and visitor identification. They may use it only to provide those services to us.
- Professional advisers, such as accountants and lawyers, under confidentiality obligations.
- Authorities when the law requires it, or to protect rights, safety, and property.
- A buyer or successor if our business is sold or reorganized.
We do not sell personal information for money. Some state privacy laws define "selling" or "sharing" broadly enough to include using third-party tools for visitor identification or advertising. You can opt out of that at any time using Cookie settings or by emailing us.
Text messages
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers that deliver the messages on our behalf. See our Terms of Service for messaging program details, including how to opt out.
How long we keep information
We keep personal information for as long as we need it for the purposes above: typically for the length of a business relationship plus the period required for tax, accounting, and legal purposes. Information about prospects who never become clients is deleted or anonymized when it is no longer useful, and promptly on request.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, get a copy, correct it, delete it, and opt out of targeted advertising, sales, or sharing. Residents of states including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas, and Oregon have these rights under state law, and we extend the core requests to everyone.
To make a request, email jamesonambrose06@gmail.com. We will confirm your request and respond within 45 days. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. You may use an authorized agent, and if we deny a request you may appeal by replying to our decision.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards, including access controls and encrypted connections, to protect personal information. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
Our services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. When we do, we will change the date at the top, and for material changes we will ask for your cookie choice again.
